Your missions :

  • Support the creation and execution of quality policies aligned with Spark’s vision and strategy
  • Support the creation and development of the quality department and laboratory
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean processes and reporting tools related to :
    • Customer Issues Management
    • Supplier Issues Management
    • Supplier Qualification and Evaluation
    • Internal Quality (Project, Engineering, Purchasing, Workshop, etc.)
  • Lead problem solving activities for all production issues including root cause analysis, containment/corrective actions identification and implementation
  • Define, implement and perform internal quality inspections as required
  • Lead internal and external audits as required
  • Guarantee the certification and renewal of all quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)

Your profile :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar)

Good knowledge and understanding of quality methods and tools used in the Automotive industry

Experience in Motorsport or High Performance Vehicles

Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

Self‐starter with the ability to work with high level instruction and seek out data and support from other teams

Team‐oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge others

Fluent English and willingness to learn French

While knowledge and experience are important, motivation, attitude and drive to grow are key for Spark.

Position based in Tigery (91), possibility of remote working (1 day per week)

Your missions:

  • Manage supplier relations:
    • Ensuring fluid communication with suppliers to guarantee the quality and responsibility of the raw materials and products required.
    • Negotiate supply conditions and lead times with suppliers.
  • Manage customer relations:
    • Maintaining a proactive relationship with customers in order to anticipate their needs and guarantee a rapid response to requests.
  •  Manage stocks:
    • Supervising stock levels, optimizing inventories and ensuring they are updated in real time.
    • Identifying restocking needs, while taking into account demand forecasts, to avoid stock-outs or surplus stock.
    • Analyzing stock performance in terms of turnover, profitability and costs.
  •  Logistics and flow optimization:
    • Planning and coordinating logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery under the best possible conditions.
    • Optimizing logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency (transport management, warehousing, etc.).
    • Managing customer returns and logistics-related complaints.

Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of supply chain

Knowledge and understanding of the challenges of managing and optimizing product flows

Ideally, experience in motorsport or high-performance vehicles

Autonomy and ability to work with high level instructions and seek input and support from other teams

Team player with excellent communication skills

Fluent English and willingness to learn French
